Peter’s primary focus is on judicial review proceedings of public and administrative determinations and appears on first instance challenges in the Federal Circuit Court and Federal Court and on appeal to the Federal Court and High Court. He also accepts briefs in Family cases, concentrating on trial and appellate work.
